Vermont., – Let’s Build Homes (LBH), a non-partisan, pro-housing alliance, today announced its Board of Directors. Representing diverse sectors, regions, and backgrounds, the Board will drive LBH’s mission to advocate for strategic housing policy reforms in Vermont.
“One of my greatest challenges as CEO of Bolton Valley is securing housing for our employees,” said Lindsay DesLauriers, CEO and President of Bolton Valley. “Vermont’s housing crisis affects every industry—from tourism to healthcare. I’m proud to join LBH in working toward real solutions.”
The Board includes leaders from business, housing, education, energy, and community organizations.
“Housing is the foundation of a thriving Vermont,” said Loralee Tester, Executive Director of the Northeast Kingdom Chamber of Commerce. “Without it, we risk losing the people, businesses, and institutions that make our state strong. Let’s Build Homes is taking critical action to address this crisis.”
Board members are:

Elizabeth Bridgewater. Elizabeth is the Executive Director of the Windham and Windsor Housing Trust. Elizabeth views the role of housing in society through multiple lenses and has committed her non-profit career to expanding housing opportunities for all.
Maura Collins. Maura has been the Executive Director of the Vermont Housing Finance Agency since 2019. Through her work for VHFA as well as several housing focused Boards, Maura has devoted her career to delivering housing solutions for Vermonters.
Lindsay DesLauriers. Lindsay is the CEO and President of Bolton Valley Resort. At Bolton, Lindsay has spent the last several years successfully revitalizing the family owned and led ski area. Prior to her leadership at Bolton Valley, Lindsay founded the Vermont chapter of Main Street Alliance and was a critical force behind the effort that brought paid sick leave to Vermont.
Brian Dunkiel. Brian is the General Counsel for Beta technologies, an electric aerospace company. Prior to working at Beta, Brian co-founded the law firm, Dunkiel Saunders (aka SRH Law), where his practice focused on building renewable energy, housing, and transportation and utility infrastructure.
Mateo Kehler. Mateo is CEO of Jasper Hill Farm. Lauded as a cheese visionary, with his brother, Mateo has successful transformed an old dairy farm in the Northeast Kingdom to one of the most successful cheese companies in the world.
Neale Lunderville. Neale has devoted his career to improving the lives of his fellow Vermonters. Currently he is the President and CEO of Vermont Gas Systems where he is helping advance Vermont’s energy future. He previously served as General Manager of the Burlington Electric Department, Chief Recovery Officer for Tropical Storm Irene, Secretary of Administration and Secretary of Transportation.
Casey McNeil. Casey is the third-generation owner of McNeil & Reedy, a menswear store in downtown Rutland. He is also the President of the Downtown Rutland Partnership Board where he works to advance and revitalize Rutland’s downtown.
Sue Minter. Sue recently stepped down from her role as Executive Director of Capstone Community Action where she expanded programming and services to deepen advocacy and community impact. Sue has also served in the Vermont House of Representatives as well as Secretary of Transportation.
David Provost. David is the Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration at Middlebury College where he has advanced Middlebury’s commitment to housing for employees and community members. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance and Advancement, and Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration at Champlain College.
Jordan Redell. Jordan is the Associate Vice President of External Affairs at Scholarship America, a nonprofit that administers $300 million annually in scholarships, where she leads communications, development, and special projects. Prior to this, Jordan spent nine years serving the City of Burlington in the Mayor’s Office, including six years as Chief of Staff to Mayor Miro Weinberger.
Tino Rutanhira. Tino is the Executive Director and Co-founder of the Vermont Professionals of Color Network. Previously he worked at Dealer.com and Cox Automotive. Tino also sits on the Board of the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce as well as the Board of the Janet S Munt Family Room.
Loralee Tester. Loralee is the Executive Director of the Northeast Kingdom Chamber of Commerce where she promotes economic development and community prosperity in the most rural region of the state. Prior to this role, Loralee was an educator in the Northeast Kingdom.
Miro Weinberger. Miro is the Executive Chair of Let’s Build Homes. A lifelong Vermonter, he has worked to build more homes for 30 years as an affordable housing developer and as the mayor of Burlington from 2012 to 2024.
