The Town of Rockingham has a new program in partnership with Windham & Windsor Housing Trust. The purpose of the fund is to assist property owners to remediate their properties to improve housing stock and neighborhoods. Over time, it is hoped remediation will increase property values. Low cost loans for multi-family properties in Rockingham of up to $5000 will match any WWHT programs- Rockingham Rental Rehab or Vermont Housing Improvement Program. The coordination of the programs will allow property owners to address a larger scope of work.
