Are you ready to help build strong and resilient communities? If so, join us as we expand the nationally recognized and award-winning SASH® (Support and Services at Home) model to adults and families in the Brattleboro area! We are introducing an expanded version known as SASH for ALL, which will focus on adults and families living in affordable housing. Our goal is to enhance resilience, strengthen well-being, improve health outcomes, provide health coaching, and foster community connections. We are seeking a part-time or contract nurse for 20 hours per week to work alongside a dedicated team that includes a community health worker and a social emotional wellness clinician.
