We’re proud to share that among the 40 awardees of VermontBiz’s Rising Star class is our own Peter Paggi, Director of Housing Development. Pete’s been in this role with us for 7 years. He has strong dedication to our mission and a problem-solving attitude that’s critical in the field of real estate development. Great River Terrace, Putney Landing, Snow Block, the Chalet, the Bellows Falls Garage are all developments he managed through the process. He and his team are working diligently on Alice Holway Drive in Putney and Central & Main in Windsor together creating 50 more new homes for the region! Well deserved, Pete and congratulations to all the named Rising Stars across the state!
Outstanding young leaders chosen for contributions to the Vermont economy and their community
Vermont Business Magazine (VermontBiz) is proud to announce the winners of its Rising Stars recognition award. The list is comprised of 40 winners under the age of 40. Award recipients were selected by a panel of judges for their commitment to business growth, professional excellence, and involvement in their communities.
“We are thrilled by the response to this initiative to recognize these up-and-coming leaders nominated by the Vermont business community. This is our fourteenth year,” said VermontBiz Publisher John Boutin. “We received over 130 outstanding nominations this year. The total number of honorees over the past 14 years now totals 641,” Boutin said. “The five judges had a difficult time picking the top 40. These young professionals have chosen to make Vermont home. These honorees over the years have stepped up as leaders, not only at their place of employment but also in their communities,” Boutin said.
