How To Apply For An Apartment

Beginning November 15th, 2024, we’ve started the transition to an improved application process for our apartments. This transition may take some time to fully be active since we are honoring the placement of active applicants who have been on our waitlist. We are eager to have the application and leasing process move much quicker and to better serve you. This change does not impact the Permanent Supportive Housing leasing process.

To apply, sign up for our Vacancy Notification List to be notified when an apartment becomes available. Notification will request a completed application in response.

Only complete applications will be accepted following the notification of an available apartment — please double check all the areas are filled in or include “n/a” when the question does not apply to you. You will be asked to provide income information for the household and asset information as well as references.

Tip: keep a copy on hand so you have it in the future. Find a reference application here.
