Become a savvy home buyer- learn the ins and outs of how to buy a home. From pre-approval to closing, we’ll link you with resources and the skills to find your new home! Register for the interactive zoom Homebuyer Education Workshop at Schedulicity or by phone at (802) 246-2116. After you complete the interactive zoom workshop or on-demand online workshop, you must meet at least once with a Homeownership Specialist in order to receive your lender-required certificate of completion. There is no charge for meetings with Homeownership Specialists.
Workshops cost $99 per household whether online or in person.
Individual classes may be cancelled if less than four households are registered. In the event of a cancellation, registered attendees will be notified and the $99 fee can be applied to a future class.
