Online workshops are available 24/7 and you can register here.
Workshops cost $99 per household whether online or in person.
After you complete the in-person or online workshop, you must meet at least once with a Homeownership Specialist in order to receive your lender-required certificate of completion.
There is no charge for meetings with Homeownership Specialists.
