Windham & Windsor Housing Trust invites you to join us for this Lunch & Learn Info Session on our Shared Equity Down Payment Assistance Program. We’ll talk about how much assistance you can receive, how the program works, the eligibility requirements and discuss the pros and cons of the program so you can determine whether it’s a good fit for you. You’ll get to hear from our Homeownership Specialists, Kayla Bernier-Wright and Ana Mejia. You are welcome to submit questions in advance, and there will also be time for participants to ask questions during the webinar. This info session will be recorded. Advance registration is required.
