Late at night on Monday May 6th a non-resident was apprehended and arrested by Brattleboro Police at Great River Terrace, following a robbery. Property Management staff was on site throughout the incident to minimize impact on residents and the property. Great River Terrace is one of 2 permanent supportive housing sites, owned and operated by Windham and Windsor Housing Trust, with supportive services provided on-site by Groundworks Collaborative. The safety and security of our residents is our top priority, and we will continue to work closely Groundworks on-site support and with local law enforcement to take the necessary measures to address safety issues. We strongly condemn criminal activity on all our properties and take every step available to us to prevent this activity and to respond quickly when it does occur.
